Moving Health Home responded to the Calendar Year (CY) 2025 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule.

MHH Responds to Senate Finance Chronic Care and Physician Payment Proposal
Moving Health Home responded to the Senate Finance Committee's request for information on bolstering chronic care through physician payment. MHH outlined a primary care at home capitated payment for individuals with chronic conditions as an alternative to fee-for-service reimbursement.
