Moving Health Home submitted a statement for the record to the House Energy & Commerce Committee Health Subcommittee Hearing on “Legislative Proposals to Support Patient Access to Telehealth Services“.

MHH focused its comments on:

  1. Support of the Hospital Inpatient Services Modernization Act, Introduced by Reps. Wenstrup (R-OH) and Blumenauer (D-OR), which would provide a 3-year extension of the Acute Hospital Care at Home (AHCaH) program;
  2. Data around Hospital at Home; and
  3. The need for a longer-term solution once sufficient data is collected.
