Moving Health Home responded to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Calendar Year (CY) 2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule.
Going back to institutional norms will waste the experience generated by the current care at home innovations, which flourished under the first Trump Administration. We believe shifting away from facility-centric regulations enables innovative care models that focus on patient and caregiver choice and allows for technology-enabled care tools like telehealth, remote patient monitoring, home infusion, home labs, home diagnostics, and primary care at home.
We look forward to working with CMS as it builds towards an ecosystem where seniors can receive care more flexibly through virtual care and/or at-home care. In our response below, we discuss proposals of technology-enabled services that would enable care at home.
